On-device structured extraction for Apple platforms
finite-extract turns unstructured notes into clean, typed data entirely on device — no network, no cloud. A small fine-tuned language model runs through MLX on Apple Silicon, fronted by a discriminative entity-typing pass and a deterministic assembly stage, so the result is fast, private, and predictable. Useful anywhere an app needs to read free-form text and get back structured records without sending a user's words off the device.
